Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All sale items are FINAL SALE & returns/exchanges are for in-store credit ONLY.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return?

  • To start a return, you can contact us at sales@adwafashion.com.
  • Include your order number and email address in your email. 
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.


Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


How soon will I get my in-store credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
  • If you are approved, then your in-store credit will be processed, and a online gift card will be automatically be sent to your email within 10 working days.


Please note: Sale items or free gifts are not returnable! And all exchanges/returns are for store credit only!
